About
Simplify Standards Sdn. Bhd.
Incorporated in Malaysia in 2017. Nine years of building mobile, web and cloud software, with one consistent strength: making complex business processes simple. Technology should reduce complexity for the people using it, not relocate it.
How the company works
Simplify Standards began as a custom development partner for Malaysian businesses whose operations had outgrown spreadsheets. The same pattern appeared repeatedly: stock counted twice and still wrong, documents approved by email, maintenance requested by phone call, and nobody able to say what the current version of anything was.
Rather than rebuild the same systems for each client, the company began developing its own products — StockZip for inventory, InControl for document control, Stockzip Works for maintenance. Foodies Passport applies the same discipline to consumer and hospitality technology.
Today the business runs on two legs: operating its own cross-platform products, and taking on custom mobile, web and cloud development for manufacturing, services, retail and private-sector organisations internationally.
