    We sit with the process. Who decides, who hands over, what happens when it goes wrong, and which spreadsheet everyone secretly trusts more than the system.

    Simplify

    We propose the shorter process before we propose software. Steps that exist only to compensate for a missing record get removed, not digitised.

    Build

    We build in slices that can be used, starting with whichever part causes the most rework. Field-facing screens get tested by field staff, not managers.
